A typical project can be completed within 5-7 weeks with the following stages:

• Week 1: Initial works with scaffolding, steel beams and removal of water tank
• Week 2: Windows installed – either Velux or dormer – and gable if needed
• Week 3: Installation of electrics, plumbing and heating
• Week 4: New stairs fitted and plastering work done to stairs
• Week 5: Partition walls installed along with secondary electrics, heating and plumbing
• Week 6: Doors, skirting, smoke alarms fitted and a final visit from local authority
